The Learning, Development and Engagement position acts as organizational development and facilitates the organization & initiatives across the divisions. Provides specialist expertise in the development of organizational culture, performance management, leadership, employee engagement and all aspects of organizational change and development.

Responsibilities :

Learning & Development

- Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs

- Inspire an organization -wide culture of learning, growth and belonging across a transforming organization.

- Conducting Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the Company, identifying current and future developmental needs at the individual level, and capacity building requirements at the institutional level.

- Drawing up a comprehensive T&D Plan based on the developmental needs and methods identified.

- Driving and facilitating the implementation of the T&D Plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes, providing thought to leadership around program design and delivery.

- Exposure to authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development systems, tools and resources.

- Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal methods used, making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate.

- Organizing and anchoring the New Hire Orientation program.

- Refining existing systems and processes, and setting up new processes as required, including preparing and tracking the annual L&D Budget; creating and updating the Training Calendar; tracking training attendance; capturing feedback on training programs as well as conferences and workshops attended.

- Tracking L&D related data and generating regular MIS reports as required.

Employee Engagement :

- Manage internal communications and employee engagement team (including internal communication platforms and roadmap, employee engagement survey and broad survey strategy).

- Own the planning of large-scale team events to create a fun, inclusive and engaging space.

- Prepare regular analytic dashboards on employee pulse basis the inferences from employee.

- Ensure regular employee connect and survey as per the Business Engagement framework

- Facilitate execution of Reward & Recognition programme

- Work within and actively promote the corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.

- Execute various companywide /team level engagement projects campaigns, initiatives and events

- Ensure employee connect through one-on ones; skip level meetings, Townhalls, etc.

Specifications :

Essential Educational Qualifications :

- The candidate should have a post graduate degree/ MBA in Human Resources

Essential Experience :

- The candidate should have at least 6-8 years of experience in handling of L&D and Employee Engagement activities. Proficient in LMS tools and MS Office.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

- Ability to utilize a diverse range of learning and development interventions

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with external
providers
- Good analytical skills, with a structured and methodical approach

- Highly organized with ability to project manage, multitask, and meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail

- Enthusiastic, with drive and commitment to achieving successful outcomes

- Highly organized with good attention to detail

- Highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing circumstances

- A good team player

- A self-starter who can work with minimum supervision
