Position Name: Lead - Talent Management

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Preferred Candidate Profile: MBA - 2011 to 15 batch from top b-school (Like Top IIMs, XLRI, TISS, NMIMS, JBIMS, MDI, SCMHRD, etc.) with experience in Talent Management profile. The person should have worked in e-commerce companies or any new age organisation like Starbucks, Byju, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Corporate Training Programs for Leadership and middle management roles
- Conduct Talent Assessments for ABFRL
- Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
- Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees
- Build succession plans
- Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees
- Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs
- Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
- Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives
- Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees
Requirements:
- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute with 6 to 11 years of experience in the area of talent management and leadership development in a complex, forward-thinking and sophisticated environment with a diverse and geographically dispersed set of businesses
- Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs and processes that enable business performance
- Has in-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development
- Superior verbal and communication skills.
- Strong influencing/consulting and collaboration skills that are required to nurture relationships, promote new ideas and achieve buy-in
- Ability to grasp broad organizational issues and consider needs of varied lines of businesses in implementing enterprise-wide programs
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
