Vaidic Wellness Products - Head - Human Resource/People & Culture (8-15 yrs)
- Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the HR action plan and hygiene - policies, compensation philosophy, time-off, payroll, etc
- Create an unbiased review performance cadence aligned to Dhun metrics
- Contribute to building business competence and leadership development by supporting managers and co-workers according to agreed learning and development plans to facilitate career paths and succession planning
- Contribute to the positioning of Dhun as an attractive place to work and the preferred employer in the relevant market
- Experience in attracting, recruiting, onboarding and maintaining talents based on business needs and facilitating competence flow inside and cross-business units
- Contribute to securing and verify HR-related compliance with labor laws and internal and external regulations.
- Induct and onboard to have convergence with the Dhun story
- Identify the goals and aspirations of Dhun members and enable them. Eg: coaching, training, creating a learning & development plan, etc
- Drive people culture as per the values driving business outcomes
