a. Drive profitable growth for IDVSD activity.

2. Drive Innovation

a. Build the application pitch and saturate customers with new and connected products.

b. Build PoC and architectures.

c. Partner support (SI/OEM/ IAD/ PnB) and program mgmt.

d. Drive prescription and consultative selling approach with specifier community for connected offer

3. Demand Generation:

a. Drive customer conversion with detailed application approach & product mix mgmt.

b. Drive innovation offers strongly with EU

c. Deploy & plan GTM strategy for medium & Optimum growth in IDVSD

4. Business process:

a. Track opportunities and performance - Power BI, bFO, OEM RC's.

b. Build training modules and conduct partner trainings.

c. Build application and architecture repositories

d. Support service teams on critical customer complaints

e. Learning and upskilling

a. Build expertise on Motor management solutions

b. Upskill to pitch and deliver complete EcoStruxure solution

5. Market intelligence:

a. Share market insights and competition inputs to Offer team

b. Share product gap inputs and business impact analysis.
