Role: Business Analyst in Global Sales Roles & Responsibilities : - Work in the Global Sales team on expanding VAHDAM- India's offline presence to new markets - Ownership of specific global sales accounts, including but not limited to relationship handling, operations and review of performance on these channels - Carry out market research to explore potential offline sales opportunities - Maintain and track leads in various stages through the sales funnel What we are looking for : - 0-1 years of experience working in sales or in a fast-paced start-up environment - Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment - Self-organized, structured/methodical, and go-getter attitude - Any previous experience on a CRM software is a plus What are we offering? - A chance to establish international offline presence in new geographies - Exposure to buyers and markets across the world - Excellent growth potential and organization culture - A chance to work in a fun cross-functional global environment Month 1 - 4 : Learn the operations for US and Canada Offline business. Month 6 - 9 : Work with cross-functional teams and understand all the different aspects of the offline business. Get an understanding of the overall P&L, inventory forecasting, etc. Month 10 - 12 : Spend 3 months in the USA and travel extensively across the market to learn and implement all the learnings from Month 1 - 9. Handle on-ground merchandising, sampling, meeting with buyers, store managers, etc.
