- Live and breathe Content marketing, ranging from developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital campaigns.
- The incumbent needs to be able to visualize and interpret the trends on social media and come up with concepts and content in order to leverage our social media presence.
- He/she needs to take ownership of digital and social media campaigns and further enhance the brand's digital footprint.
- Owning the content development strategy to establish the company as a thought leader in the value fashion retail space in India.
- Build community through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram etc.
- Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand.
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
- Monitor, track and reports results of performance of digital marketing initiatives along with competitor bench-marking
