- Responsible for setting the overall organization-wide Performance Marketing and Acquisition - Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting and execution across Google, Facebook, Insta, affiliates and key partnerships. - Implement initiatives/partnerships that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI - Implement a paid-media strategy to drive awareness, traffic, conversions and revenue - Own & deliver on user growth target. Scale acquisition of high LTV users across app & web - Set up attribution models and multi-channel tracking. - Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments. - Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning - Responsible for Growth of business (Ecommerce) - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
