- Prepare & present the performance of hiring activity in the organization by reporting metrics such as Average days to fill requisitions, Target Openings and remaining openings to fill along with key findings and recommendations. - In-depth analysis of manpower planning for HO & stores to assist the team in filling MPP gaps. - Prepare comprehensive scoreboards reflecting demographic composition, attrition, headcounts and various business relevant metrics for HR executive leadership team and senior leadership of the organization - Prepare consolidated monthly reports to HR team containing the attrition rate, new hire failure/success rate, headcount, Exit employee & F& F settlement etc. - Prepare & analyze the diversity (gender and ethnicity) reports/dashboards to HR & Leadership Team. - Ensure & implementation of Reward & Recognition Programs on monthly basis. - Design a framework and parameters for identifying high performers and category wise winners - Maintain strong budgetary controls and tracking mechanism w.r.t. R&R budgets - Assessing new store opening plans for required manpower & their training process - Prepare the overall talent management strategy with respect to performance planning, management and improvement - Monitor Employee Engagement initiatives across HO/all locations/stores/levels - Review all HR personnel actions for compliance with rules, policies and procedures - Ensure proper evaluation of compensation and benefit at regular intervals - Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for managing under performers, high performers and identifying training needs - Monitor performance indicators, analyze the HR processes according to TAT & identify variances and opportunities - Facilitate and provide support for HR audits - Maintain effective relationship with managers and officers within the function ensure teamwork with related functions
