Cofounder/Partner

We are an early stage Startup Accelerator and we are looking for passionate and motivated people to join our team.

Education : Preferably MBA from reputed BSchools. Engineers may also apply

Ideal Candidate: Ideal candidate should have worked or had experience in working in any of the following industry:

- Startups

- VC firms

- Investment Banking

- CRM

Requirements:

- The current entity is in a nascent stage and it's a very hands-on job. This is an equity only role.

- Networking abilities would be required to raise past contact base for setting meetings and execution.

- Looking for a mature and energetic person

- Must have business development background

- Shall be at a point where he wants to try out something new and can invest time into it.

- Ability to hustle, collaborate, adapt, and take risks.

- Commitments to devote your Hard work to the brand.

- A passion for startups.

- Excellent written communication skills.

- Has excellent organizational and time management skills. Is a multi-tasker

Compensation :

- Compensation for Co-Founder will be in the form of pure equity for the first 6 months.

- Though preference would be for founder who can join full time

- We are looking for a partner and not an employee, hence, if you are looking for market salary from Day 1, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

Must be based out of Delhi NCR

Equity :

Equity would depend on number of factors like cofounder joining full time/part time, relevant experience, qualification,contribution in terms of investment etc.
