V-Guard - Lead/Specialist - Product Marketing & Digital (8-12 yrs)

- Content Development & Management: Research, gather, organize, and edit product features into sharp briefs which can be shared with creative agencies for the development of content that will be published on the website, online marketplaces, social media, brochures, etc. This will require the person to understand the product and consumer behavior in in-depth detail. Conduct intensive brainstorming sessions with R&D and Product departments to discover product features that will resonate with the target audience. The person will also be required to manage the content assets and ensure regular updates as needed.

- Digital-First Marketing Strategies: Develop thought through digital-first marketing plans to improve brand awareness, acquire new customers and retain existing customers. This may include influencer campaigns, lead generation exercise, referral programmes, search advertising, media buying across marketing channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc. Further, track and assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.

- Customer Experience Management: Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience by addressing customer queries and grievances on time. Consistently audit and improve the content quality to help the customer navigate better in his journey of product discovery. Enable generation of expert reviews to influence prospective buyers.

- Agency Management & Evaluation: Mange a pool of creative and media agencies, service providers, technology vendors by defining their KPIs/ targets/ contract terms / SLAs, preparing project briefings, evaluating proposals, and providing credible inputs at every stage to deliver a high-quality outcome in a time-bound manner.

Professional Experience :

- 5 to 7 years product/brand/digital marketing experience with reputed companies in Durable, FMCG or related domains.

- A proven track record of managing communication, content development, marketing campaigns and media planning.

- Strong understanding of brand, digital and ecommerce landscape.
