- Build required enabling infrastructure to nurture brand.com business including high quality digital asset & content development, appropriate product, and service offerings, pre and post purchase assistance, financial inclusions, agile and efficient last mile delivery network, database & insights management, analytics, CRM, Influencer, rating & review management, SEO, On-line to Offline integration (O2O), Omni-Channel, etc.

- Manage E-Com business on V-Guard website for all relevant product categories covering opportunity assessment, new product and process development, Product launch & establishment, focused media targeting & campaigning, regular performance monitoring & optimization of campaigns, sales forecasting, inventory management, order management, last-mile delivery management, account reconciliation, post-purchase assistance, etc.

- Facilitate digital brand building and customer acquisition initiatives to nurture direct e-com (brand.com) business by shaping appropriate consumer value propositions in alignment with relevant stakeholders.

- Create D2C ecosystem with alliances/partnerships both with internal as well as external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders will include cross channel sales/SC/service teams, while external stakeholders will include third party business alliances for portfolio enrichment/service enrichment/traffic enrichment.

- Devise Annual Business Plan covering monthly sales targets for each SKU, required marketing investments, pricing, profitability, etc

- Facilitate timely inputs to the cross-functional teams covering Category Strategy, NPD, Sales, Marketing, Production/Sourcing, SCM, Service, Commercial, etc. and co-work with them to ensure timely deliverables by closely monitoring & influencing the concerned projects or activities

- Manage regular business operations in coordination with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Service, Commercial teams etc to ensure timely order fulfilment, inventory availability, invoicing, payment collection, product installation, consumer grievance closure, etc.

- Weekly monitor SKU wise traffic, conversion, sales, marketing spends, CPA, rating & reviews, etc and take corrective measures in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance. Devise & deliver specific tactics to achieve short-term & mid-term revenue targets for each product category.

- Keep top management & key stakeholders abreast of the business performance & strategic initiatives by making necessary reports, review presentations, etc.

- Participate and influence category strategy & product planning activities, capability building and transformation initiatives, Innovation projects, etc to ensure better prospects for the digital shoppers.
