- Driving enterprise performance
- Drive business planning for sales team - AOP and facilitate sales forecasting process
- Drive business reviews and generate action-oriented insights (segment performance - customers, regions and channel) for decision support
- Establish ways of working for setting up new formats / channels / key accounts / new products
- Drive continuous improvements in customer collaboration (touchpoints, processes, performance metrics)
- Build market knowledge of peer strategies and policies to help calibrate management response
- Drive analysis of discounts / schemes effectiveness to deliver growth objectives
- Drive people development objectives at the branches (trainings, role enhancements, employee engagement, etc.)

- Monitor customer financial health (including ROI, inventory levels) and support through initiatives (E.g. Channel Finance)

- Define / design (in collaboration with Governance & Controls CoE), implement and ensure periodic update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies

- Support with audits at branches, branch warehouses (including logistics), regional customer service (ASP ROI)
