Roles and Responsibilities: - Incumbent to have marketing ownership of one of the fastest growing categories in ecommerce portfolio of V-Guard. Driving category growth via strategic initiatives which will include 360- digital marketing, brand management, media campaigns, content generation, revenue growth, budget management, data analytics, cross functional team management etc. - Incumbent should have deep understanding & hands on experience of working on 'seller' ecosystem of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc. with deep focus on driving brand agenda directly. - Conceptualize & develop category specific digital initiatives to influence consumer decisions, minimize acquisition cost, enhance cross-selling, retention, repurchase, etc. Using 360- digital channels including search, social, content, SEO, Influencers, etc. to attain the objectives - Support product launches & maximize buzz for the focus categories during seasons/ festivals/ launch through Creative Development, Digital Media Planning & Buying, interim reviews and optimization, ROI analysis, Agency Management, etc. - Maintaining ACoS/ ROI for the respective category while executing media campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Ads, Flipkart Ads etc. Should have proven expertise of setting up, optimizing, reporting of campaigns on marketplaces ad platforms like AMS. Using insights from marketplaces & other digital platforms to optimize campaigns for ROI. - Ensure timely development of the shopper communication content by collecting raw inputs from the internal departments such as Product Planning, NPD, R&D, etc., furnishing inputs to the external agencies for generating impactful content. This primary content further needs to be leveraged for various online and offline shopper communication activities such as Website, E-Com Marketplaces, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, BTL Marketing, Product Training, etc. - Facilitate generation of the User Reviews to influence prospective buyers and regularly manage discussion threads/ complaints/ reviews/ ratings/ comparisons, etc. on all the focus portals. - Gather periodic intelligence on Category, Competition, Consumer, Market, Channel, Media, etc. and build credible insights that will be leveraged for the segmentation, positioning, pricing, Media Planning etc. - This role entails working with multiple internal & external stakeholder; hence the candidate should have good interpersonal skills, attention to details & excellent communication skills - Website content & Lead Management/ Digital Customer Acquisition experience will be added advantage. This will include working knowledge of CMS, LMS, CRM, call center, services etc. - Digital Marketing/ brand building experience with the D2C company or the brand driving significant revenue (&gt;30%) through E-Commerce will be preferred.
