UX Head

- Lead a team of UI and UX professionals handling business directly under his/her purview

- Design and execution of user centered design projects

- Contributing as a full member of cross-functional teams to create innovative user experiences for new and extended product offerings

- Helping drive user and vision-keeper interviews

- Synthesizing research into a coherent set of ideas that describe product user experience

- Creating information architectures, user interaction models, wire frame screen

User experience lead, works collaboratively with product manager, customers, the UX team, and other product team members to generate usable, consistent and elegant designs J products. You are expected to be proficient in user-centered design concepts and methodologies.

- Person should have expertise in UI Designing

- Should understand e-commerce/ online industry

- Should be creative

- Should be excellent in designing

- Good educational background

- Worked with cross functional teams that include product mgmt, engineering, mrktg and other UX professionals

- High degree proficiency with prototyping tools

- Ability to synthesize complex requirements
