UX Designer | Saas solution for 'right person right work' | Startup About the Role: - Identify opportunities for new flows, and ways to improve existing flows - Design UX flows with a goal of inclusive, user-centric, world-class design - Create and develop style guides for developers - Collaborate with product team and other designers to create the best possible features, flows, layout and design. - Help define and apply design rules. - Conduct user research and testing, interpret the resulting feedback, and incorporate it into future iterations of the solution. - Educate and coach teams on industry best practices and emerging lessons related to enterprise products. Requirements: - Experienced in mobile and web design, demonstrating a strong understanding of mobile UX design. - An expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision or similar prototyping tools - Good listener and communicator, that takes constructive feedback and executes updates quickly focusing on the goal. - Collaborator with a track record of establishing great relationships and working with other disciplines, such as user research, content design, product and engineering. - Creative thinker, able to investigate and solve complex product challenges. - Detail-oriented designer who is updated with the latest principles and trends in UX design, and is supported by an excellent portfolio. - Keen to take initiative and constantly improve yourself and product.
