Utility Head - Operations & Maintenance - Chemical/Fertilizer/Complex FMCG

Position: Utility Head

Location: Nigeria

Experience: 15-20 years of operation & maintenance experience of utility equipment in large Chemical/Fertilizer/Complex FMCG operation

Should have:

- Preferred 5+ years of experience with implementation of LEAN and/or TPM.

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of factory related and overall company cost structure. Focused, proactive, high integrity, and able to make difficult decisions.

- Proven leadership, management and conflict resolution skills.

- Excellent judgment and analytical skills.

- In depth knowledge of Capital Investments, Engineering and Project Management along with project financials (NPV, IRR, payback calculations)

- Very good knowledge of modular expansion of utility

- Good knowledge of Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance aspects of the CPG business.
