UST - Strategic Revenue Operations Leader (5-15 yrs)

Revenue Operations:

- Build/lead the global RevOps team to support multi-billion-dollar business.

- Know the rhythm and state of business

- Understand and drive the revenue, TCV, EBITDA forecast with their business finance counter parts

- Manage and maintain the forecast; ensure accuracy of forecasts to targeted levels

- Prepare business unit for Monthly business reviews with leadership and ensure readiness of data for forecasts and performance reporting

- Uncover opportunities for new business

- Create or apply solution offerings for specific portfolio

- Training junior sales ops associates

- Running/Managing multiple portfolios at the senior levels

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and users to resolve issues/problems, remove roadblocks for Sales team

- Maintain and manage CRM data through cadenced reviews

- Own and manage quantitative analysis of sales performance for the business unit with existing reports

- Liaise with Sales Support and other teams for RFI/RFP responses for the business unit

- Work with Sales Operations organization on continuous improvement of Organization's sales processes.

- Support in Sales enablement

Sales Enablement:

- Facilitate and lead working sessions and ongoing project governance meetings

- Maintain project documentation and operating plans

- Drive adoption and execution of agreed upon best practices in sales

- Work with leadership to plan impactful Sales events and trainings

- Sales Performance Improvements:

- Identify and build/improve key sales and account management processes to ensure efficiency and high performance across teams that scale over time

- Engage with sales reps and sales leadership to get ongoing feedback on the sales process and structure and drive improvements

- Work closely with sales management and leadership on implementation of solutions that maximize efficiency and conversion rates of each sales channel


- Develop key metrics to be communicated across the sales org and leadership that provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency

- Support weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact our growth trajectory

- Monitor the accuracy of sales reports and other data and intelligence essential to the sales organization: recommend revision to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong & productive experience with Sales/Revenue Operations

- Experience in leading a team that supports a global business.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies

- Good knowledge of forecasting and how to manage pipeline risks

- Strong grasp of CRM's and their best practice for usage that drive the right level of business insights.

- Good mind for process improvements

- Should have strong experience setting and monitoring KPI's to run the sales business. Should love data and all that it can do for a quickly growing business.

- Should be well versed in reporting to senior leadership actionable insights for the business.

- Effective communication - written, verbal, email and telephone

- Outstanding presentation skills

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Orientation towards achievement of team and organizational goals

- Ability to align with customers quickly

- Ability to understand business context

- Ability to take care of Relationship management for large account(s)

- Strong understanding of the Industry and Domain expertise

- Good understanding of IT outsourcing business
