The selected candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to the digital communications team to prepare data and distribution lists, test and broadcast email and SMS campaigns. Key Areas of Responsibility - Timely response to customer support requests - Prepare live campaigns for SMS and Newsletters - Serving as key role for data management - Prepare reports for customers - The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the digital marketing principles, have good cross-functional collaboration techniques, and be a great practitioner for an enhanced customer experience. - He/She should possess be able to effectively execute communication campaigns and manage, cultivate data and prepare analytics to derive key insights that influence marketing campaigns. - Develop and execute outbound email, SMS and other campaigns using web tools provided by the client. - Manage a calendar of global campaigns - Test, measure and learn to iterate and optimize email and SMS campaigns to drive the best possible results. This includes regular reporting and sharing of campaign activities, results and insights - Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Operations team on campaign needs - for segmentation, scoring, attribution, and other operational elements - to run effective, relevant, and well-targeted campaigns - Utilize SMS and email templates and populate with content; building content areas for dynamically-populated content emails, preparing Photoshop file assets (slice images, resize images), creating image mapping, and applying tracking codes as required - Monitor tactics post deployment and validate completion. Ensure proper deployment and in-market success. - Review data analysis, business KPIs, consumer insights and other relevant data to assist with decision making, planning and content optimization. Qualifications - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook knowledge mandatory. - Basic HTML knowledge will be an added skill - Demonstrated ability to quickly and efficiently support customer requests on time - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with USS customers - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and put them into practical use - Strong active listening skills
