Usha Shriram - Brand Licensing Executive (2-4 yrs)
Position: Brand Licensing Executive
Experience: 2-4 years
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
- To generate the leads/ inquiries through calling prospective parties, attending trade fairs, referrals, etc.
- To identify the suitable licensees for various product categories for licensing the brand to the best possible partner.
- To Negotiate and finalize advantageous license terms for deals and process license agreements.
- To develop and maintain existing partners to ensure continued business growth targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with the Licensing director and the finance / legal team to ensure accurate and regular analysis and forecasting.
- Manage detailed records of individual licensee contracts, to include renewals, amendments, termination and financial reporting.
Essential Experience / Qualifications required:
- Degree in business and experience of 2 - 4 years in sales or business development is a must
- A self starter with excellent commercial acumen
- A highly self motivated individual, good at negotiating and have interpersonal skills
- Able to craft and deliver presentations at a senior level
- Well organized with the ability to plan and deliver on deadlines with attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a team closely with a number of internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- When required willing to travel regularly in order to engage directly with partners
- Experience in deal structuring and negotiating
Salary / perks: Rs. 6-8 lacs p.a. (inclusive of incentives)
