Usha International - Internal Auditor

The Incumbent will be responsible for looking for Internal Audit, for Order to Cash Process,supply chain management process , procurement to pay process, where in he/she will be the subject matter expert.

Qualified CA compulsory from a product driven company.

1. Internal Audit & special assignment: Conduct end to end internal audit of order to cash process for all sales channels - Trade, Rural, Export Sales, Modern Retail, E-Commerce & Institutional. - Validation, analysis and reporting on exception transactions generated through system tool. Timely submission of audit reports to the Audit Head for onward circulation to the Management. Review of checks and controls around key areas under Order to Cash Process/procurement,

2. Risk authority control matrix: Regular updation of Risks and related Operational & Financial Controls and its testing.

3. Coordination and support to external Audit firms: Extend support to the external audit firm in driving the audit effort by providing clarity on the company processes & operations.

- Attending the kick off and closing meetings, Ensuring that the audits are carried out as per approved work plan, Review of audit reports and validation of observations and adequacy of action plans given by the auditee

4. Coordination and support to stat audit firms: Support to statutory auditors in IFC walkthrough & other audit related queries

5. Monthly management review presentation: - Prepare summary of the key IA observations, ATR tracker of the earlier reported IA Observations

6. Audit committee presentation: - Follow up on open observations and preparation of Action Taken Report (ATR), Preparation of presentation on key IA observation for audit committee/management review.
