SAP FICO ,MM SD QM modules user support manager

We are looking IT manager for a Japanese based Automobile company in Bangalore , Responsible for all SAP IT functions of the Company viz., Develop, Implement, Maintain and Support Business Software Applications including SAP ERP & IT Architecture. Position functionally and administratively reports to GM - Finance.

IT Management:

- Prepare IT Roadmap & Strategies in line with Company's Business goals.

- Prepare and Implement annual IT plans and Manage IT Budgets

- Ensure implementation of all IT Projects within committed timeline and

Budget.

- Manage SAP modules including carrying out Process optimizations and Enhancements with the help of external service provider.

- Leverage on emerging IT trends to create business value consistent with the company's requirements and expectations

- Take up the responsibility for "Digital Transformation"

- Oversee maintenance of Computer Systems, Servers, Network, Firewalls, Antivirus, CCTV, LAN, WAN and all other IT Infrastructure within the organization

- Initiate and technically evaluate all IT related procurements.

- Manage External Service Providers to ensure Service Level Commitments are met.

- Develop and implement strong organization level policies for Network, data, computer systems and data security

- Responsible for all IT KPIs

- Manage and maintain the inventory of all hardware, software and IT related resources accurately

- SAP Functional knowledge esp., capability to offer Level 1 Support to users in some modules among SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, FI & CO.
