- As a User Researcher, you will dive deep into the lives of our users, understand their pain points and determine insights that will help drive product development at the company.

What you will do:

- Being responsible for all aspects of research (planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) for both generative and evaluative (usability testing, UX) research.

- Working with data, secondary research, qualitative and quantitative analysis.

- Influencing the direction of our product and be part of its growth journey.

- Working closely with product teams to identify research questions

- Acting as a thought leader in domain of research, while advocating for people who use our products

- Designing and executing studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, using the right methodology for the right questions

- Generating insights that shape how product teams think about short and long-term product strategy

- Working cross-functionally with design, product management, data science, content strategy, engineering, and marketing

- Communicating insights in creative and compelling ways

What you need to have:

- BA/ BE/ Design degree or equivalent from any educational institute. Master's degree is desirable but not necessary.

- 3 years of User/ UX Research experience at a consumer tech company.

- It is crucial for the Researcher to have deep customer empathy, a structured thought process and the ability to see what others may not be able to.

- An interest in mental health and/ or psychology is an added advantage.

- Experience in digital health
