User Experience Researcher - UX Research - eCommerce Industry

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to join the team. You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future products. You will decode what users need, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team build a user's experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

Responsibilities :

- Plan and implement user research designs, strategies and methodologies.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and design research studies.

- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through stakeholder debriefs.

- Plan and perform usability studies with the customers.

- Use a diverse set of UX research tools.

- Conduct primary and secondary user research.

- Perform market and ethnographic research.

Requirements :

- Two or more years of UX research experience.

- Bachelor's or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience).

- Independently drive all research-related tasks - planning, evaluating, and iteration.

- Relevant product research expertise and experience in designing and executing End to End UX research projects across usability studies and generative research.

- Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methodologies.

- Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistics

- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions and strategy.

- Experience with remote testing tools.
