- We are Looking for individuals in very strong analytical abilities to drive data based marketing and bring real results. This will be strong commission based role where you ability to generate outcome/revenue will lead to disproportionate your share of commision.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our Online Business (90% contributor to revenue) via:

1. Identify new online channel partners and onboarding.

2. Increasing Revenue in India's top e-commerce platforms(Amazon,flipkart,Paytm etc), conducting competitive analysis, building usp, defining pricing strategy. conducting indepth data driven funnel analysis and building strategy to drive numbers.

3. Owning and revamping owned online assets including website, social media and other assets.

4. Owning and driving SEO, SEM, paid advertising to directly show topline impact.

4. Coordinate and drive product requirement via working seamlessly with sales and operations.

Requirement:

1. Should be from IIT/IIM or top 10% of institutes.

2. 1 to 4 years of experience in online marketing preferred.

3. Demonstrable past experience of strong analytical abilities and critical reasoning.

4. Good assertive communication skills.

5. Problem solver, self driven - you should be able to drive your own goals.
