Head of Operations - Electronics (Laptops and Deskptop) Refurbishing We are one of the fastest growing company in Refurbished Consumer electronics Business in India. Having grown by 4X in span of one year, We at UsedYetNew.com, are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to Head our Laptop and Desktop Refurbishment Operations. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Individual will be managing the overall Cost center of Operations. - Key targets will be on units produced, Cost and Quality of operations - Manage Purchases and Inventory via Purchase/Inventory Lead to deliver cost optimized, 0 downtime due to spares. - Manage Operations Level 1 and level 2 departments (current team size 30) via Operations - Manager. Team Including Level 1 tech and quality teams and level 2 chip level, aesthetic and body correction teams. - Define and improve Refurbishment processes and systems by driving cross functional initiatives including IT, accounts, marketing, sales and operations. - Help Identify and work with external vendors/suppliers to manage procurement. - Build and drive strategic procurement of IT assets - Own and drive Human resource requirement and hiring. - Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes - Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal requirements. - Manage budget to align with goals of business. - Be part of team to venture into new electronics product lines Qualifications :&nbsp; - 6-15+ years of experience in a similar role - Extensive Experience in building ground up operations capability and working through various departments like engineering, manufacturing, quality control is a Big Plus. - Strong Analytical and problem solving abilities to be able to identify and solve refurbishment challenges with innovative solutions, driving and managing operations from Data. - Strong organizational and communication skills - Strong ability to multitask - Comfort working with multiple groups within business - You get to be part of a strong founding core team at UsedYetNew.com, will be given lot of freedon to own, define and run your domain and be part of Journey of building a company ground up!
