US Voice & Accent Training Manager - BPO (8-12 yrs)
Role to impart and deliver Voice and Accent training for BPO employees across US Operations. Role is an Individual contributor role where he or she will be responsible for content development, content management, planning training calendar, creating training plan, working very closely with the Call audit team in identifying V&A and Soft Skills Improvement for core operations FTEs. delivering training on US Culture, voice and accent, language speaking etc. will involve class room training and Floor coach training as well. Should be open to travel and be deployed for Couple of months to Other operations Business units to Impart V&A Training.
He/She should have hands on experience in Delivering Voice and accent Training program. Strong in content creation, Management and presentation. Good Training skills both as a Class room Trainer and Floor coach. Should have experience in Call monitoring and call audit
Open to looking at Freelancers with experience training BPO Employees for US operations in Soft Skill and V&A
Should be a Full time graduate/post graduate and No degree Holders through Distance learning
