Interview process:
Tech 1 - Virtual / In- Person
Tech 2 - In- Person (Mandatory)
MUST HAVE:
- US Taxation experience is mandatory
- Experience preparing or reviewing the 1040 form is mandatory
- Experience working with HNI clients is mandatory
- Must be an EA/CPA/CA
- Should be from consulting, CPA firms only (we are not open for industry exp)
- Should be open to work from the office all 5 days
- Should be open for 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm shift
- Should be flexible on working hours during the busy season
- Should not be residing too far from the office (max 1 or 1.15 hours travel time one way)
- Good communication skills
What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
- Delivering a full range of 1040 Individual tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe.
- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.
- Provided tax planning and reviewed complex 1040 tax returns of private wealth services or private wealth advisory groups, which consist of high-net-worth individuals.
- Review and manage the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law
- Compliances for: Individual (Form 1040) and quarterly estimates working Knowledge of BNA would be preferable.
- You will be involved in all aspects of tax assignments from planning to finalization.
- You will be responsible for identifying tax issues and proposing potential solutions.
- You will be able to work directly with the clients and provide exemplary client service that exceeds their expectations.
- You will receive direct and comprehensive training from our Partners and Directors as well as on the job training.

Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or an equivalent field is required
- 8+ years of progressive US taxation experience
- CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts
- Experience in reviewing complex 1040 tax returns of Private Wealth services or Private Wealth Advisory group which consists of High- Net- Worth Individuals
