US Tax Operations & Analytics Specialist - Asset Management Firm

We are looking for a "Tax operations and Analytics Specialist" with a leading asset management organisation.

Requirements:

- CA or related discipline

- For tax accountants, Big 4 experience required

- Knowledge of US and EU tax structure

- For candidates with legal or paralegal training, fund formation and investment experience required

- Understanding of legal entity organizational set up and agreements

- Adept with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Viso, Alteryx preferred

- Manage a team supporting multiple tax business lines in various time zones

- Experience with legal entity structuring and financial modelling preferred

- Experience with US EIN applications, check the box elections, tax forms, and similar

- Experience in with treaty qualification, withholding tax concepts
