Job description :


- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting - interviews to onboarding candidates for assigned requisitions of our clients across the US


- Must-Have Strong experience in working on Job Portals, LinkedIn and ATS


- Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.


- Well-versed about US Tax Terms like W2, C2C, US Visas, etc.


- Must have experience working on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire)


- Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.


- Minimum of 1-6 years of hands-on recruiting experience for positions in the US
