US Corporate Taxation Role - Big4 (4-12 yrs)

Gurgaon/Gurugram/Hyderabad Job Code: 601457

- Mentor and coach team members and escalate issues when necessary. Actively participate in engagement planning.

- work with US based clients to provide tax compliance services, including income and several other types of tax return preparation, and computations.

- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships on various federal tax consulting/compliance engagements.

- Advising clients on a variety of tax issues including accounting for income taxes, FTA (periods, methods & credits), tax provisions, tax compliance, business restructuring, and tax controversy.

- Overseeing complex tax compliance and consulting projects requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates.

- Managing engagement workflow, engagement team resources, and engagement billing.

- Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance for the development and motivation of the engagement team.

- Research and analyze a wide range of tax issues encountered on engagements. Assume tax-planning responsibilities clients and assist with the supervision of assignments

- Focus on providing business tax return compliance (including projections, and tax accounting for U.S. federal, state and international tax matters) and related advisory services
