Job Title: GM / AVP - Sales (Project Sales Head)
Location: Hyderabad
Mode of Work: Working from Office, 6 days a week.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
- Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes
- Responsible for Team Targets
- Able to achieve month on month sales targets
- Aggressively driving Sales, Lead generation, BTL Activities, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
- Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
- Train /mentor /coach and make his team perform
Desired /Key Skills:
- Graduate preferably with MBA with 15 - 20 years' experience in Real Estate industry handling high volumes and larger teams & Team Managers
- At least 5 years' experience in Real Estate of which - "minimum 3 years' experience in local real estate market.
- Must be a go-getter and has a track record of managing large teams and large volume sales
- Must have been with a real estate organisation which has large volume of product (over 500 to 1,000 homes)
- Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
- Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and Good people management skills
- Candidates must be A "HANDS ON LEADER" who is "HIGHLY ANALYTICAL" AND "DETAIL ORIENTED"
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Frequent Travelling Required
