The Team : As part of the Product team, you will work on products that simplify complex workflows for restaurants. These products are used by thousands of restaurants to ensure that millions of meals are reliably delivered to people. Our products impact not only the revenue of these restaurants but also how efficiently they are able to manage their resources. Your role : As an Associate Product Manager, you'll gather feature requests, define specs and ensure output meets expectations. You will clearly express the expectations with respect to a feature in written, visual and verbal forms. You will : - Build workflow and use-case models outlining the functional outcomes of the features and enhancements. - Collaborate with the design team to build mockups that highlight the user journeys in terms of visual and functional expectations. - Work with the engineering team to set in place the implementation plan and conduct regular check-ins to ensure timeliness of development tasks. - Ensure the features & enhancements. are built adhering to the visual and functional expectations set out initially. - Put in place user engagement metrics that should be measured and track them. - Put in place the necessary material (documents, videos) to support the adoption of the product. We are looking for someone who has : - Knowledge in the tools and applications that can be used for effectively managing a product through its design and development lifecycle. - Exceptional communication skills - you can engage and drive conversations with stakeholders and target audiences. - A good understanding of measuring product adoption and user engagement metrics and necessary tools. - Working knowledge of engineering concepts related to web-based technologies. - Capability to wireframe effectively. Nice to haves: - Experience in a high growth technology, B2B SaaS company. - Experience in retail or F&B sector.
