Responsibilities: - Lead a team of recruiters responsible for all hiring of Operations,Retail and Customer Relationship functions and job level for Urban Ladder. - Plan and implement Talent attraction and branding strategies across existing and new channels to make Urban Ladder employer of choice. - Identify and develop partners to help expedite key hiring/niche positions. - Plan and implement campus hiring strategies based on current and future positions. - Be updated on market trends with regards to competitors and best practices - Set dashboards capturing all key recruitment metrics- Quantitative and Qualitative. Qualification: - Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from Tier 1/2 college. - 2-4 years of experience with FMCG, Ecommerce or It/ITES. - Prior consulting experience will be Mandate. Desired Skills and Functional Experience: - Business Acumen, Strong problem- solving skills and comfort with numbers. - Driven, sincere, honest and fair.
