Below are the roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Completely owning Urban Ladder's Digital Marketing Channels.
2. Formulate data driven digital marketing plans to achieve business goals.
3. Analyse effectiveness of marketing spends across channels, build ROI framework for continuous improvement of Customer acquisition costs (CAC).
4. Work closely with peers & cross-functional teams in the formulation and execution of Digital marketing plans.
Functional and Technical skills :
1. Strong operational rigour, attention to detail & drive.
2. Strong understanding of data analytics and should be good at problem solving.
3. Comfortable with Insight generation, executing experiments & setting up processes.
4. Understanding of ad-tech ecosystem & digital channels like Google ads and Facebook ads is a plus.
