Ideate, Conceptualise and execute solutions/growth opportunities. 3. Work with Product & Engineering teams to build the growth roadmap for Website & Mobile App. 4. Need to Define & track engagement & conversion KPIs, intermediate success metrics for various Web/App Modules. Technical and Functional Skills: 1. Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically 2. High Curiosity & drive to build hypothesis, experiment, analyze & learn. 3. Understanding of User behavior, E-commerce funnels & product analytics is a plus.
