About the role:

Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives in the organisation by driving proactive improvement projects across various business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive process improvement & transformational projects on key business problems.

- Generate business impact through Continual Improvement initiatives.

- Should be able to in due diligence activities to proactively identify improvement ideas.

- Individual Contributor role.

- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, controls, and related standards.

- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and communication skills.

- Preparing dashboards, Process documents, Standard operating procedures and Training materials for various processes in the team.

- Providing advice in defining new requirements and opportunities as a result of streamlined process and identified gaps including Organisation Charts, Consolidation of functions within and across business units.

Experience / Qualification / Skills & Knowledge:

- Experience in supply chain Management for 3-4 years.

- Analytically strong/ From non-automation background.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Process Mapping.

- Data Analysis.

- Ability to identify and implement process re-engineering projects.

- Good Knowledge & Working Experience on Microsoft Tools - Advanced Excel, Word & Access.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels in the organisation.
