HR Senior Associate (1-2 years) Job brief : To assist HR Head & Head of Departments with recruitment, daily operations and implementation of HR policies and procedures including employee engagement, recruitment, RnR, and the health and safety program. This role requires exceptional drive and the ability to deliver under the guidance of experienced peers Responsibilities (time spent%) : - Recruitment (25%) : Proactively search for candidates both via online portals (Naukri, iimjobs, recruiters etc.) and creating own network within the industry for open positions - Employee engagement & culture (25%): Educating new joiners about company policies, holding regular training for best practices and policies at the firm, organising events and RnR on a regular basis - Administration and payroll (25%): Attendance manager, payroll processing, basic compliances such as POSH, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, tax, reimbursements etc. - New initiatives (25%): Making the office a better place to work! Requirements : - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills - Extremely driven and willing to take up new initiatives/responsibilities within the HR domain - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the agency, maturity and discretion - Knowledge of DarwinBox or HRIS is an asset. - Qualification: Postgrad from tier-1 MBA college preferred - Work experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably a startup)
