To that end, we aim to set up the Learning &amp; Development vertical within UrbanClap. This is an untapped HR vertical with a truckload of things to be done over the next 12 months, at the end of which, we are looking at a system set up that helps evolve employee skill sets and improve the learning culture at UrbanClap. - You will need to figure out what the UC landscape is all about and what would be the key skills gaps and skill trainings that are required within UC through collaborations with different stakeholders and understanding what are the requirements for the business in the near future. - Develop a strong employee-led learning culture at UrbanClap - Develop and implement learning strategies and programs customized to the needs of the workplace will be a core part of your work - Implement growth charters for everyone within the organization, and measure the effectiveness of the same with improvements quickly brought about. Help managers to learn - how to coach-, etc. - Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities - Implement career paths across the organization and help managers develop their team members through career pathing - Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results - Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants - Develop a plan to create in-house coaches for standard training requirements - Great in classroom and hands-on training - Ability to develop material and implement in various learning sessions - Leverage technology to bring in efficiency in learning - Be able to identify the effectiveness of different pieces of training and sessions and bring about improvements Who are we looking for: - 3-5 years proven experience as an L&amp;D Manager or similar - We need someone who is very hands on with their work - Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods - Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport with employees and other stakeholders - Ability to handle fragmentation - Strong communications, downstream and upstream both - Join us to build something impactful and lasting, we need a strong individual to take on this role and make waves!
