UrbanClap - Associate Finance Controller - CA

Job Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for monthly closure of books of accounts by 5th of month

- Preparation of quarterly/ annual financial statements including consolidation of Global subsidiaries.

- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.

- Ensure all statutory compliance of the organization are met including taxation and company law matters.

- Manage day to day operations of the Finance department including interaction with business teams

- Control & monitor all departmental costs on a regular basis to ensure performance against budget.

- Responsible for Books of accounts like Cashbook, Bankbook, A/c Receivables and A/c Payable.

- End to end responsibility for the monthly and annual financial closure process.

- A primary point of contact for banking relationships

- Manage a team of 7-8 people and stabilize the newly implemented ERP (Oracle)

- End to end responsibility for statutory audits and internal audits and control.

Job Requirements:

- CA with 7-11 yrs of experience in managing financials of a fast-growing or a large setup

- Have an in-depth understanding of IGAAP and IND AS

- Have successfully led large teams
