Job Responsibilities - Overall responsibility for monthly closure of books of accounts by 5th of month - Preparation of quarterly/ annual financial statements including consolidation of Global subsidiaries. - Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.&nbsp; - Ensure all statutory compliance of the organization are met including taxation and company law matters. - Manage day to day operations of the Finance department including interaction with business teams&nbsp; - Control &amp; monitor all departmental costs on a regular basis to ensure performance against budget. - Responsible for Books of accounts like Cash book, Bank book, A/c Receivables and A/c Payables. - End to end responsibility for monthly and annual financial closure process.&nbsp; - Primary point of contact for banking relationships - Manage a team of 7-8 people and stabilize the newly implemented ERP (Oracle)&nbsp; - End to end responsibility for statutory audits and internal audits and control.
