We are backed by our 40-year manufacturing experience and capabilities, headed by young founders from top prestigious B Schools of the country. Having denied multiple investment offers, we plan to take the brand to a next level by building an exciting and talent rich team. We are looking to onboard a seasoned Ecommerce Operations Head who has strong experience of 4-6 years of handling ecommerce (B2C only) operations, specially handling business on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra among other e-channels. The candidate will be head the entire operations of our strong sales on ecommerce portals and POC for top management for any discussion/decision on ecommerce business. Detailed KRA is as below Requirements: - Brand Hygiene - Maintain & enhance brand hygiene on all our listings on all the portals. - Cataloguing/ Listing - Generate catalogue & content for all the new products launched by the brand and list them on all active portals. Improve the existing ones to improve brand image. - Metrics -Candidate has to ensure brand is improving on the key metrics on the ecommerce portals, specially Regional fulfillment Rate, On time delivery rate among others - Regional Fulfillment - Key task of increasing brand regional fulfillment from current 15% to 75% in next 6 months - Daily Order Management - Managing and guiding team to fulfill daily order activities on time. - Returns Management - Develop a robust system to track, reconcile returns with proper segregation of Good and bad goods, to get them packed on time & file claims for wrong returns. Managing returns is a very critical task. - Analytics - Prepare insightful reports for the business and top management which helps in taking short and long term decisions - Account Reconciliation - Monthly account reconciliation for all ecommerce portals - Inventory Management - Plan quarterly inventory requirements and maintain a strong daily handle on inventories on various portals to avoid sale of loss or order cancellations. - Weekly and monthly reports - Sales, returns, top sellers, etc. Top management will need some reports to be presented every week and month. Desired candidate Profile: - Someone who has worked for B2C product company's ecommerce operations on amazon, flipkart and so on - Prior experience working in a high-growth startup scaling experience would be appreciated. - Data analytics, excellent written and oral skills are must. - Able to manage and comfortably accept the work culture with good leadership skills.
