Responsibilities:

- Partner closely with Supply Chain operations team for HR related functional support such as: Talent Engagement,

- Reward & Recognition, Change management, Talent Development etc.

- Implement and administer employee policies to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each team member of the function.

- Work closely with the L&D team to align employee development to organization growth and business needs.

- Support development of a high-performance culture, by facilitating the performance review process - coaching business team managers. Improving employee engagement and morale through quality performance review discussions and developing action plans to address identified issues.

- Drive the manpower planning process for the function and work in close collaboration with with the Talent Acquisition team for fulfilling hiring requirements. Ensure alignment of resource needs to business objectives.

- Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Experience in handling contract manpower.

- Lead employee connect and internal communications in the Supply Chain Operations function.

- Developing and designing appropriate Rewards & Recognition mechanisms to reflect recognition of contributions and maintenance of high performance standards.

Qualification:

- Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management.

- 3+ years of experience as HRBP with a renowned brand.

Desired Skills and Functional Experience:

- Strong problem- solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
