About the role:

- As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for heading operations of all Delivery Centres (DC) in a Cluster. In Urban Ladder, Delivery Centres facilitate last mile services such as deliveries, sales & after sales initiatives.

- Your performance would be measured on the basis of DCs' performance across key parameters such as customer satisfaction, turnaround time, throughput, delivery revenue, employee engagement, MIS reporting and costs.

Role will include:

- Leading end to end operations of all Delivery Centres in your cluster.

- Facilitating launch of new city operations and expanding operations in current cities.

- Driving improvement initiatives through solving complex problems around logistics & customer experience.

- Headcount and Infrastructure planning.

- Mentoring Delivery Centre Managers.

- Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance, Sourcing & Customer Service for smooth operations in your zone.

- Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives at Delivery Centres.

Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role:

- Operations, Sales; preferably in supply chain management & FMCG/e-commerce.

- Independent & Entrepreneurial; Leadership and Team Management skills.

- Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations.

- Excellent management, communication and reporting skills.
