The Supply Chain Excellence Associate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective Processes are in place to support the Supply Chain team's business objectives. The role will be responsible for working directly with cross-functional groups such as Operations, Sourcing, Inventory planning, logistics, and Analytics to improve existing capabilities as well as to launch new enhancements. Identifying trends, building short and long-term Operational strategies to drive successful implementation by collaborating with various teams will be some of the ways this role will drive impact within the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Propose innovative and cost-effective processes, policies, systems based on supply chain business data and metrics.

- Monitor key metrics of business process adherence, drive improvement.

- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive measurable impact to supply chain deliverables.

- Be the interface to project management on continuous improvement initiatives. Drive standardization, training, and governance to ensure process deployment and controls.

Primary Skills and Functional Experience :

- Analytical Problem Solving : Use the relevant information to identify trends and outliers in data. Offer practical solutions to complex problems.

- Quick Learner : Adaptability, demonstrate technical acumen and curiosity.

- Project Management/Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to manage and drive projects across teams, and to garner support for collaborative activities from managers and peers.
