About the role:- You will be tasked with solving Urban Ladder's Digital Marketing problems, generating insights & identifying creative solutions.
- You will also be responsible for ideating, building & managing Digital Marketing Campaigns & Revenue KPIs.
Responsibilities:- This role would be part of the marketing function, anchoring all paid digital marketing channels, and driving traffic to the website by deeply understanding and analyzing user journey.
- Understanding, analyzing traffic from different channels of marketing and optimizing it in conjunction with the overall business strategy.
- Driving significant ROI improvement basis deep analytics, understanding user journey and capabilities of the channel.
- Creating / vetting dashboards on a day-to-day basis for driving improvement, checking on breakages that might have taken place and rectifying if any.
- Should be able to plan and execute all-digital, social media, and display advertising for new customer acquisition
- A/B testing to drive continuous improvement and pivot campaigns for future
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:- Prior experience in Digital Marketing
- Google Analytics
- Ad Platforms (Google Ads/Business Manager)
- MS Excel
- In depth understanding and hands-on experience in running ads across YT, FB, Google
