Account Manager We are a team building a new Channel for the company by partnering with Interior Designers and Architects. We are very excited at the prospect of this becoming a big part of Urban Ladder's business. Description of Role: - Engage with Clients deeply to understand their business and their processes - Build relationships with key people in the client's organization - Leverage these relationships to build visibility into their projects, and extract revenue - Further leverage these relationships for Urban Ladder to become a larger part of the client's business - Be the voice of your client in Urban Ladder, solve for their problems, get things done for them! - Conduct business planning exercises with your bigger accounts What we look for in you: - Self-Driven: We think opportunities don- t always present themselves. You need to seek them. And that happens when you- re self-driven. - Never give up attitude: Clients can be tough. You may have a bad day. Can you take it in your stride? - A decision maker, and a good sense of judgement: Your account, you call the shots! But can you judge whether you- re taking the right calls? - Good communication, Good with people: Can you understand the client's pain-points and effectively communicate back to them? We need you to be good at listening and putting your case forward in a compelling manner - Problem Solver: Clients will ask you many things. Can you work with other functions and convince them to get things done for you? - Diligent and Hardworking: Well, who doesn- t want that? Who could you be: You could be one of many of the people below. These are indicative only. But you- ll get the drift. - You think you- re in a boring job but could do a whole lot more interesting and challenging thing! - You were in the core team of your College Fest, or the Sports Secretary, or the Mess Rep.
