Role Summary :

Urban Essentials is looking for an exceptionally motivated individual for the role of a Sales Head to lead the sales in Bangalore

The ideal candidate will have both passion and experience in ensuring sales at both all levels, primary, secondary and tertiary ensuring PLUSH is available to the targeted customers at the right place and right time, both general trade and modern trade.

PLUSH is an upcoming urban centric brand creating a niche in the mass premium segment.

The Candidate is expected to..

- Find strong and dedicated distributors for trade

- Ensure product placement at targeted outlets

- Drive tertiary sales/on ground activities to ensure throughput

- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand building and carrying out BTL activities

- Lead a small team of passionate sales force who will have one single common objective - Driving throughput

- Set and facilitate the growth of all channel partners - distributors and retailers

- Build relations with the trade and solve any issues which may arise on ground

- Report and improve upon monthly sales targets

Our dream candidate is (Qualifications)-

- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)

- More than 1 year of relevant experience

- Knows the city and has existing relationships with the trade

- Knows the ins and outs of solving everyday problems that might arise in sales and coordination with the distributors and outlets

- Thinks creatively and long-term about trade engagement

- Possesses a hands-on-mentality and "no task is too small attitude"
