There were no standards, no concept of trust, pricing inefficiencies etc. In a nutshell, the industry was shackled in the - yellow pages- era, and had seen no fundamental innovation for far too long. The UrbanClap team is young and passionate, and we see a massive disruption opportunity in his industry. Work with assigned functions and senior management teams to understand business, strategies and diagnose current organization performance. 2. Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, talent assessment, change management, team building and leadership coaching. 3. Interface with members of the team to constantly measure and build team happiness. Support organisational change projects and their associated people implications. 4. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, People Development, Operations, and Legal teams to implement solutions and help scale the business. Job Requirements 1. 4-6 years of experience in HR. 2. Previous experience in BP roles is preferred. 3. Strong ability to form relationships across the organization, navigate through it and influence leadership to drive agendas. 4. Hands-on approach to work, someone who can not only strategise but also get agility in the way of working. 5. Effective communication and critical thinking skills. 6. Strong business insight with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information. 7. Demonstrate ability to establish trust, fairness and credibility with employees, managers and other partners. 8. Solid team player and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
