Responsibilities 1. Be a part of the City Sales/Operations team 2. Manage a team of 20-25 on field sales associates/painters 3. Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions and own implementation end-to-end 4. Be the quality custodian of your city ensuring superlative customer experience 5. Be responsible for your city performance including owning demand and revenue number 6. Identify city-specific nuances which may aid or hamper city performance and devise solutions around them. 7. Work with central team on key initiatives such as pricing, new service launches et Requirement: 1. Undergrad from Tier-1/2 college (Mandatory) 2. Past experience in managing sales or operations is a core requirement for this role, for example ops focusedstartups such as Grofers, Uber, Swiggy, Zomato, Oyo 3. High degree of comfort on Excel and strong data analysis skills 4. 1-3 years of experience (full-time) 5. Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal) Additional preferred qualifications: 1. Familiarity with SQL 2. Past experience in a hyper growth start-up 3. Past experience in managing small on-ground fleets
