What you'll do: 1. Management of IT infrastructure to ensure continuous functioning of systems. 2. Working with different stake holders closely to implement/manage information security projects and operations 3. Working closely with various teams/stakeholders for information security awareness and trainings. 4. Strong vendor and escalation management exposure. 5. Responsible for managing IT Security, LAN & WAN Infrastructures. 6. Consultation with vendors and salespeople to discuss new products and upgrades. 7. Exposure to ticketing tools and understating of SLA. 8. Working & management experience on AV equipments (zoom/webex) 9. Administering end-to-end of project life cycle from the stage of initiation till monitoring & control including planning, estimation & scheduling, working with teams, updating information to all stakeholders, integrating change control, planning risk responses and contingency planning 10. Provide comprehensive and up-to-date documentation and inventories of Network assets, Services procedures, and configurations to ensure that maintenance and continuity of the Service is achievable in a timely manner which includes firmware upgrades, patch upgrade while maintaining minimal downtime on the network. 11. Maintain FAR ( Fixed Asset Register ) and coordinate annual physical inventory audit. What we are looking for: 1. Minimum of 4-6 year of working experience 2. Experience in asset/inventory management, asset allocation/deallocation/stock management 3. Able to communicate with senior management, work independently with minimal supervision. 4. BCA/B.Tech/CCNA/CCNP or similar certifications 5. Good communication skills. 6. Good Data and excel knowledge with analytical skills
